Omet and Asahi seek plate standardization
Press manufacturer Omet has joined forces with Asahi Photoproducts, a photopolymer plate supplier, to develop a new standard for flexo printing techniques.
Asahi will provide its prepress and plate expertise and Omet its printing technology in the attempt to define the parameters that influence printing, including machine, plate, inks, and anilox.
